Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors. Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

We do not provide refunds. Exchanges are accepted only for size corrections.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Contact prjctunity@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers must pay all shipping costs for exchanges.

  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

  • Sale, clearance, and custom items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos for resolution.
