Return & Exchange Policy

Summary

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are available only for size corrections.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Exchange process

1. Email prjctunity@outlook.com with your order number, item, and the size you’d like instead.

2. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address.

3. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both sending the item back and receiving the new one).

4. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at prjctunity@outlook.com with photos. Approved replacements will be issued for the same item and size only.
