Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. During new drops or sales, processing may take a little longer. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery times are estimates only. PRJCT UNITY is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at prjctunity@outlook.com with your order number and details. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Pre-order items will ship on or after the release date listed in the product description. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
